Reservations and Payment:
The full payment is due at the time of the booking. Use the "book now" feature to book online instantly. We accept debit cards and all major credit cards, except American Express. No cash or checks, please. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 48 hours of booking online, please contact the Manager at 719.347.1290.
Cancellations:
Any cancellations made 30 days or more before your arrival date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 14 to 29 days before your arrival date will result in the loss of 50% of the total payment. Any cancellations made within 13 days of your arrival date will result in the loss of the entire payment. If we are able to re-book the cabin, we will issue a partial or full refund. We make every effort to re-book all cancellations.
Rental Agreement:
Upon booking, you will be required to agree to our terms and conditions. Please contact us if you would like a copy of the rental agreement sent to you.
We will not officially be accepting reservations for Summer/Fall 2019 until January 2019. Please contact us if interested in availability in 2019.
