Why are you only accepting 2018 reservations after the New Year?
We will be reviewing our business at the end of the year and may make some minor changes for our 2018 season. If you would like to book a cabin in 2018, please contact us and we may be able to hold the dates for you.

When is check in and check out?

Check-in time is between 2pm and 4pm. Check-ins after 4pm must be arranged at least 48 hours in advance.
Check-out time is 10am.

Are you dog and children friendly?
We regret that we cannot accommodate animals or small children. The Boathouse only accepts adult guests.

What do I do if I need to cancel or change a reservation?
Contact Linnaea (Manager) at (719) 347-1290. Reservations canceled or changed within 29 days of check-in date will receive partial or no refund. See cancellation policies.

I can’t seem to book multiple cabins at once. How do I do this?
Contact Linnaea (Manager) at (719) 347-1290 and she will assist you in booking multiple cabins.

Can we add extra guests to a cabin?
The Cajun has a queen bed and a full-sized pull-out couch in the living area that can accommodate up to 4 guests. The rates apply to one or two guests and an additional per person per night fee is applied to additional guests above 2. The Magnolia and Boathouse are double-occupancy only and cannot accommodate additional guests.

How do we set up tours and other activities in town?
Each cabin is equipped with a concierge folder of local activities. If you have additional questions, Linnaea (Manager) can help direct you to attractions prior to your arrival and is on site much of the day.

Is smoking allowed on the property or in the cabins?
Windsock Acres is smoke-free. Smoking of any kind, including marijuana, is not allowed in the cabins on or on the shared property. Guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $250 for any smoking indoors.

I am not much of a dog person, how much interaction do guests have with your dog? Is she friendly?
Lula, our dog, likes to welcome our guests and will enjoy as much or as little interaction as you’d like to have with her. If you have concerns, please contact Linnaea (Manager).
